Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Must have all original tags attached

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Zohaya is not responsible for items lost in transit.

To request a return, please email us at shop@zohaya.com with your order details.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Note: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Clothing-Specific Guidelines

For hygiene and quality reasons:

  • Items must be free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, or stains

  • Items must not show any signs of wear or alteration

  • We recommend trying items carefully when first received


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or made-to-order items


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 2–3 business days of receiving your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item meets our return conditions.

For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duties fees.
